Unless otherwise stated, our car rental quote/price normally includes any of the following details:
- Car Type
- Daily rate
- Statutory taxes
- Additional extras (if selected)
- All surcharges and fees (if applicable)
Yes! We accept pay-on-arrival reservation however, payment is made before service is rendered.
A pre-paid booking/reservation requires full payment for the rental fee upon booking, regardless of whether you confirmed your booking: online (via our website), through a third party/ Agency (paid to the Agency) or with our customer care team on the telephone or via mail.
Canceling a prepaid booking, attracts a cancellation fee of 10% however, we require a 2 days notice for free cancelation.
